KloudC Website Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

KloudC LLC (“KloudC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) builds software products and provides technology services for businesses.

This Privacy Policy explains how KloudC handles personal information when you visit our website, kloudc.com, when you contact us, and when you work with us as a client. Our use of cookies is explained in more detail in our Cookie Policy.

What this policy doesn’t cover. It doesn’t cover information processed inside KloudC software products and apps, such as RetailOps, B2Bees and Paizal. Paizal has its own Paizal Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

KloudC LLC is a limited liability company organized in Connecticut, United States, and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

For privacy questions or requests, email support@kloudc.com and put “Privacy request” in the subject line, or use our contact form.

2. Information we collect

When you visit our website

Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages and access times. This is needed to deliver and protect the site. With your consent, we also collect website statistics (see Section 4).

When you contact us

When you use our Start a Project form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, your industry, your current systems, your message and your timeline. The form is protected by a simple math question; we do not use Google reCAPTCHA. Your submission is sent to our KloudC mailbox as an email. The email is sent through a Google Gmail account (Gmail keeps a copy in that account’s sent mail), and our mailbox is hosted by our web host, Bluehost (Newfold Digital). The website itself does not keep a copy or log of form submissions.

If you use the Paizal Support form on our website, we receive your name, email address, the topic, your app version, your device and your message. It is delivered to our KloudC mailbox in the same way.

When you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include.

When you work with us as a client

We keep business contact details, communications, quotes, agreements, invoices and project records needed to deliver our services and meet our obligations.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • reply to questions, project inquiries, quote requests and support requests;
  • provide our services to clients and manage our business relationship;
  • deliver and secure the website, including protection against bots and abuse;
  • remember your cookie choices and keep a record of them;
  • understand how the website is used (website statistics), only with your consent;
  • comply with contractual and legal obligations, respond to lawful requests and enforce our agreements.

We do not use the website for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies, statistics and your consent choices

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. The full list, with durations, is in our Cookie Policy.

Optional statistics run only after you choose “Accept” or turn on “Statistics” in our cookie banner. This applies to every visitor, wherever you are. Until then, and if you choose “Deny,” the Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats code is not loaded and no statistics requests are sent. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a choice to keep statistics off. We ask for your choice again after 180 days.

Change your choice at any time using the “Privacy preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it doesn’t affect processing that happened before.

Strictly necessary technologies. Our content delivery and security provider, Cloudflare, may set security cookies (__cf_bm, _cfuvid and, after a security check, cf_clearance). Cloudflare doesn’t use them for advertising or to track you across websites. Our consent tool stores your choices in cmplz_ cookies on kloudc.com and keeps a record of the most recent choice made in your browser (see Section 7). These are needed to deliver and protect the site and to remember your choice. Blocking them in your browser may stop parts of the website from working.

Images and fonts. We use Jetpack, provided by Automattic Inc., to deliver some site images through Automattic’s content delivery network. When those images load, Automattic receives your IP address and browser information. Our website uses typefaces from Google Fonts. They are currently delivered from our own domain through Cloudflare, so loading them does not send your IP address to Google.

Google Analytics (statistics, only with your consent). We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use kloudc.com: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at the site, and whether a contact form was submitted. We use Google Consent Mode in its basic form: the Google Analytics code is not loaded at all until you accept statistics, and the advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization) are always set to “denied.” If you consent, Google Analytics uses cookies (_ga and _ga_5DZSTEZPF9, each lasting up to 2 years) to collect information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and referring website. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. When a contact form is sent successfully, we record only that a form was sent and the service category you selected. We never send names, email addresses, company names or message contents to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization are turned off, Google Analytics is not linked to any advertising account, and we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising. We keep Google Analytics event data for 14 months. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Jetpack Stats (statistics, only with your consent). We use Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic Inc., to understand how visitors use kloudc.com. If you consent, when you view a page Jetpack Stats processes information such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page visited, the referring page, the time of the visit, browser language, country, clicks on links to other websites, and page-loading performance. Jetpack Stats does not set a cookie. Automattic retains Stats logs that contain IP addresses for 28 days and provides KloudC with aggregated statistics; KloudC cannot see which individual visitors viewed a page.

We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or session-recording tools.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that process information to provide their services to KloudC: Bluehost / Newfold Digital (website hosting and our email mailbox), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Google (Gmail email delivery of contact-form messages; Google Analytics, only with your consent), and Automattic (Jetpack image delivery; Jetpack Stats, only with your consent).
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

KloudC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Where information is processed

KloudC is based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have the same data-protection laws as your country. You can ask us for more information by contacting support@kloudc.com.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to meet security and legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Specific periods:

InformationRetention
Project inquiries, support requests and contact-form messages that do not lead to a client relationship (in our mailbox and in the Gmail sent mail)Only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted

Information needed for legal claims or a legal holdUntil the matter is resolved, even if a shorter period above would otherwise apply

8. Data security

KloudC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Your choices and requests

You can:

  • withdraw or change consent to optional statistics at any time with the “Privacy preferences” link at the bottom of every page;
  • ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing support@kloudc.com.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; tell us where you live when you contact us so that we can respond appropriately.

Our website treats a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal as a choice to keep optional statistics off.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact support@kloudc.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change requires your consent (for example, new optional cookies), we’ll ask for it through the cookie banner.

12. Contact KloudC
