Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how KloudC LLC (“KloudC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on kloudc.com, and how you can control them. It supplements our Website Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include scripts and pixels that read or send information about your device or browser. In this policy, we refer to all of them as “cookies.”

2. Your choices

When you first visit kloudc.com, we ask for your choice before using any statistics cookies or analytics tools. We ask visitors in every country, not only in regions where the law requires it. You can Accept, Deny, or use View preferences to choose by category. Until you accept, statistics tools are not loaded.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by using Privacy preferences in the footer of every page, or the button below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a refusal of statistics cookies. We ask for your choice again after 180 days, or sooner if we make a significant change to the tools we use.

So that we can show that consent was given, we keep a record of the most recent choice made in your browser (it is updated if you change your choice): a random visitor number, your IP address with its last digits removed, the region derived from it, the categories you chose, and the date and time. We review these records every month and delete any record whose last choice is more than 12 months old.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site, such as security checks and the contact form, may not work properly.

3. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always active)

These cookies are needed to keep the site secure and to remember your privacy choice. They don’t require consent and can’t be switched off in the preferences panel.

Statistics (only with your consent)

These tools help us understand how visitors find and use the site, which pages are useful, and how many people contact us. They are loaded only after you accept statistics, and stop loading on your next page view after you withdraw consent.

kc_lead_ids (session storage, not a cookie)KloudCStores random IDs of contact-form submissions already counted, so the same inquiry isn’t counted twice. Contains no form contentUntil you close the browser tab
Jetpack Stats (no cookie)Automattic Inc. (Jetpack)Counts page views and referring sites. Its script reads basic browser and device information and sends it, with your IP address, to AutomatticNo cookie; Automattic keeps the related logs for 28 days

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and to count completed project inquiries. We use Google Consent Mode in its basic form: the Google Analytics code is not loaded at all until you accept statistics, and the advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization) are always set to “denied.” When you submit the Start a Project form after accepting statistics, we record that an inquiry was sent and the service category you selected. We never send your name, email address, company, or message to Google. We have turned off Google signals and advertising personalization, we don’t link Google Analytics to any advertising account, and analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google processes this data in the United States and elsewhere. For more information, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Jetpack Stats. Jetpack Stats is provided by Automattic Inc. It does not set a cookie, but because its script reads information from your device, we load it only with your consent.

Preferences and marketing

We don’t currently use preference or marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or remarketing tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

4. Services that don’t set cookies

Some services help deliver the site without setting cookies. Cloudflare, used by our hosting provider, delivers pages and fonts through its network and processes your IP address to do so. Some images are delivered through Jetpack’s image service (i0.wp.com, operated by Automattic). These services receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, as part of delivering content. For details, see our Website Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when we change the cookies or tools we use. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change affects the tools you consented to, we will ask for your choice again.

6. Contact

If you have questions about this Cookie Policy or our use of cookies, email support@kloudc.com. Please include “Privacy” in the subject line.
