Paizal Privacy Policy

Paizal is a U.S. check-writing and check-recordkeeping product provided by KloudC LLC. This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the current Paizal release.

1. Local-first data handling

  • Paizal is designed to work locally on your device.
  • The current release does not require a user account for core check-writing and recordkeeping.
  • Bank-account details, routing and account numbers, check records, recipients, templates, signatures, and local security settings remain on your device in Paizal’s encrypted local storage.
  • The current release does not upload or cloud-sync your check, bank, routing, recipient, signature, template, PIN, or encrypted local-database data to KloudC, Supabase, or third parties.

2. No advertising, tracking, or analytics

  • Paizal does not use advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs in the current release.
  • KloudC does not sell or share Paizal user data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • The App Store privacy disclosure for the current audited release is Data Not Collected.

If future versions introduce account recovery, cloud sync, analytics, or other data practices, KloudC will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before those changes are released.

3. Apple subscriptions

  • Paizal subscriptions and billing are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • KloudC does not receive payment-card information.
  • Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple account and App Store subscription settings.

4. Account recovery

  • Recovery enrollment is unavailable in the current Paizal release.
  • The current release does not provide cloud backup or cloud synchronization of Paizal’s local check or bank data.

5. Data control and retention

  • Paizal’s core financial and check data remains on your device.
  • KloudC cannot access or remotely delete that local data because it is not uploaded to KloudC.
  • You manage Paizal’s local app data on your device. Device backup and deletion behavior may depend on your own device and Apple settings.
